I applied to this position in September 2020 with an employee referral. I did not receive a follow-up email until April 2021, stating that they are pursuing other candidates. Be aware of the lack of communication on their end.

Introductory call initiated by HR then if you pass, you'll interview with the dept. manager. The manager is very nice and easy to talk to. Doesn't put you on the spot. My only concern is the lack of respect or interest if they don't choose you. I never received a response from Jabil and it wasn't until after multiple emails over a few weeks was there a reply.
