Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en JPMorganChase (New York, NY) en dic 2015
Entrevista
I applied online and my application got pushed through with the help of an alumni referral. A few weeks later I had a phone interview. 2-3 weeks later I got called back for Superday (in NYC) and had 3 interviews at Superday.

It was completely behavioral and it was mostly an easy-going conversation with the interviewers. A couple Fed questions thrown in with the recent Fed hikes but nothing more technical than that.

Applied online for their summer analyst role and a scholarship program, which requires an essay. About 2 to 3 weeks later I received an email to schedule a phone interview with an associate. It was mostly behavioral with many open-ended opportunities to display knowledge and interest in financial services. A week later I received an email inviting me to super day in New York. Standard Investment Banking schedule: three 30-min interviews with a VP, an executive director and a managing director. Very pleasant interviews - tailored towards mutual interests. Not really technical, but again, they did provide many opportunities for me to switch the conversation to financial services interests and global economic news. Very conversational, open and actually stimulating as opposed to the standard memorizing a DCF question.
