I got a phone interview for full time, all questions were general, such as: Why JP, Why investment management, why financial industry. But be sure to be able to talk about your strengths and your weakness and your past experiences working with others. Also be sure you know how to answer questions regarding what you do that helps you get through everything- extracurricular, social- and still keep up with your grades. Interviewer was extremely nice and very willing to share insights about working at JP.

It was mostly fit questions, 3 back-to-back interviews. Interviewers were nice, but it seems that they are in a hurry to control time better. They try to control interview time to 25 minutes so they have time to switch between candidates.
