Applied on indeed and was contacted by HR a week later. I was asked why some general questions and then why I wanted to relocate to TN from NH. I explained it was due to a position my husband had in the works around the area.
The conversation was great and I was told I would have another interview with HR and one of the owners. That conversation took place a few days later. I felt the conversation went really well. Packaging is my background so I was able to answer the questions thoroughly.
During the call, I was asked when we planned to move down to TN, what areas had we looked at moving, schools etc. The conversation ended and I received a follow up "Thank You" email from HR, advising they would be in touch at the end of the week to go over next steps.
The week ended, and I was not contacted so I reached out. I was told they were still going through the process and I would hear something at the end of THAT week. That was about two weeks ago. I sent ANOTHER email asking if I was still being considered, and was ghosted.
Needless to say, this speaks volumes about this company. Completely unprofessional on their part and I'm upset at the lack of respect I was shown at the end of the process. We are in the process of moving to TN now, and the least they could have done was get back to me, one way or the other.
