I was very prepared for the interview related to my position. The most difficult part was meeting one of the owners who just looked at me and said she didn't really have anything to do with my position and "well, is there anything you want to tell me..." She could not have been less interested in talking to me and made me highly uncomfortable. She also seemed offended that I had a degree in History and worked in Human Resources, it was just an extremely awkward 15 minutes.
