Conducted via online interviews. Usually for a business unit, multiple group leaders will be present and sometime the director/department manager will be present. They might ask you to attend another round of interview depending on you seniority or interview performance or business needs or perhaps they think you are a better fit for another group leader but he/she couldn't attend that day (very common for managers to experience meeting hell from morning to night), Again, this varies business unit to business unit and department culture.
