A balance between technical and personality questions. There were 3 rounds of interviews. 2 over the phone and the last one in person. Since getting hired the interview rounds reduced to 1 or maybe 2. It depends on the group.

Then the technical questions test on troubleshooting and electrical components knowledge. There some interviewers that ask about chemistry questions. All part of the work. All the best
