Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Intel Corporation (Hillsboro, OR) en feb 2024
Entrevista
I applied for the position in January 2024. The Workday status changed from: "We are reviewing your application" to "Business department is reviewing your application". It stayed in that status for about a week. After that, the status was changed to "We are in the process of identifying and preparing to interview candidates". It was in this status for a few days until I received an email from a hiring manager (about 3 weeks since the application) to schedule a 30-minute-long interview. He was a very senior person and really nice to me. He mostly discussed how things work in that department and asked me some behavioral questions. The next (final) stage interview was scheduled about 10 days after this initial interview. Again the hiring manager was really nice and set that interview right away.
The final stage interview was about 6 h long. It consisted of a 30 min orientation by a senior manager followed by 1 h research presentation with 2 mid-senior level process engineers. Then 1 h with a group leader. followed by 1 h of semi-formal discussion with the two process engineers (more like I asked questions to them). Then 1 h lunch break. Then 2 more 1 h sessions with two different group leaders. Finally the session was ended by the senior manager who hosted the session.
Yes, it was a long one but I really enjoyed to talking with each one of them. All the interviewers were very nice to me and they made me feel I would enjoy working as a part of their team.

Process begins with a phone screen with recruiter, followed by hiring manager discussion, then onsite interviews consisting of several one-on-one sessions, where candidates are usually expected to deliver a presentation.
It was pretty straightforward overall. They mainly asked questions about my resume, previous work experience, and the projects and research work I completed during my graduate studies. The conversation was conversational and focused on understanding my background and technical experience.
