As an internal employee, I felt fortunate to establish communication with the hiring manager for this position. After demonstrating my practical knowledge effectively with positive encouragement from the hiring team and positive feedback from my behavioral questioning, I was surprised to receive no response to my interview. Afterwards there was a sudden lack of response to emails and 'left on read' to messages, with weeks of time in between the attempt to establish communication and carefully respectful wording.
