I applied through university career fair. I had 3 rounds of interview, the first round I had interview with 2 people one asking sw questions and the other hw. Then after a week I was invited for second round and I had interview with 6 people and only one of them asked hw. Then after ten days I invited for the third round of interview, it was lunch interview and I met with a group and we had lunch. When I got there they told me that there will be interview for about 1.5 hour after lunch! so I had interview with the people I had lunch with after and they asked me questions related to what their group do. It is been months that they have not followed up and I have sent them follow up but no response. I think if a company wants to reject at this stage it is respectful if they sent out their decision. However, overall it was good experience and a challenging one.
