The hiring and interview process was very disorganized. Hiring managers changed in the middle of the interview process. Timelines were not kept. Job requisitions (internal transfer) were opened and closed randomly. Confusion on the hiring end was the key.
A telling question: "Tell me about a time when you dealt with ambiguity".

Very easy interview process. It took 3 months to get the offer. great work experience, poor management. strict deadlines. stressful, no work life balance, low salary, poor communication between upper management and engineers. lots of office politics
