Hiring manager got my resume from friend of a friend and he send an email for interviews. First I talked to a person in team to get the idea of what their team work on etc. Then I had phone interview where most of the time we talked about my experience and research work. Then after couple of days they called me to set onsite interviews. They took total 4 interviews and 1 hr talk with hiring manager (which was kind of interview but not officially :). They took out for lunch and at the end manager showed around their campus. Most of the questions were related to my experience in PhD program and related to my research work.

Most of the questions were related to my experience so most of the time I was talking about my work. There were few questions related to CPU architecture, but nothing too complex.
Describe my project in school. The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.
