After submitting my resume for the job, I had a phone interview. After this I was given another phone interview with a different group member. Most of the questions were technical, asking me to describe my research, logic problems, or questions regarding problems I have faced in the past. Was flown out for an on-site interview. Interviewed with multiple people from the group and managers.
