The interview process began with an initial recruiter call to review my background and confirm my interest in the role. This was followed by a 45-minute technical interview with an engineer from the team. The discussion covered my experience in microfabrication, process development, and equipment troubleshooting. They asked detailed questions about lithography, etching, and cleanroom practices, as well as how I approach experimental design and root-cause analysis.
