Met wit the management team and got some good feedback on vision & strategy. Believe that they have some innovating thinking and technology. But, they are playing in a competitive space and are at a disadvantage given their size/limited resources

Had a meeting with a recruiter. Scheduled a call with a VP, then was invited to come in for a meeting with members of the team. Each meeting is an hour, and if you are lucky, the person whose team you will be on tells you what to say to everyone that is interviewing you. not a very hard process. I hear some people had to give presentations.
