Just a couple of concerns during my interview:
*the AE position consists of you being an SDR for 4 months, but you’re considered an “AE”
* note to the hiring manager: the interview goes both ways, try to humble yourself
*saying diversity is important to you and having an all white Caucasian team does not reflect that
*the company does not have a good marketing team so they rely on you 100% to generate leads and business. That’s concerning for a company that’s been around for so long, and has such a small team.
*the hiring manager has been around for almost 16 years, which means she is an expert in the product, don’t expect candidates to know as much, you as a hiring manager should provide value and knowledge...which she strongly failed at doing so
*her behavior felt very passive aggressive, it was a complete turn off.
