Interview was in person with HR rep and hiring manager at once.
What they were omitting in their job advert was that they want tech support person to rotate between 3 different on-site locations within same week on continuous basis. They even brought this up at the end of the interview. That's a deceptive behavior.
For such requirements interview should have been online, not in person.
Manager appeared somewhat evasive with some of his answers.
HR rep seemingly had no clue about different cognitive loads tech workers are subjected to or conditions needed for focused work.
I got an impression that they are looking for someone to exploit.
