1. Recruiter screening 2. 45 minute call with director 3. MySQL assessment 4. A panel interview I went through steps 1 and 2 and then was ghosted regarding next steps. The recruiter did not reply to my emails regarding moving forward.

My experience was totally unprofessional, exhausting and disappointing. At first, it looked good, the recruiter approached over the call for screening, then I had first video interview with 2 implementation leads, it went so good. I was then called up for another round with the hiring manager but suddenly in the middle of the interview, he hung up saying he had some urgent work. The reason they gave me was that the hiring manager got ill. I was then interviewed again by different people and guess what, I was not contacted again after that. I kept on asking the recruiter about the result or feedback, he just ghosted me. I deserved at least a feedback.
