Hiring process split as: recruiter interview, then interview with hiring managers, and last one was a case study presentation.
Questions were around:
Incident management and customer communications
Revenue retention during periods of customer disruption
Cross-functional influence without direct authority
Team leadership during high-pressure situations
Customer trust recovery and advocacy rebuilding
Balancing customer outcomes with commercial objectives

HR Screen followed by Technical and Competency Interview. The screening was fairly straightforward and the technical not overly difficult. The Competency questions were all fairly standard - tell me about a time when (conflict, stakeholders, difficult decisions). No curveballs.

- Initial call with recruiter/HR
- Interview with Director: Check to see if you're a fit and goals aligns.
- Technical Assessment: A mix of coding and behavioural questions
- Panel technical interview: A panel of 2-3 engineers asking core technical questions.
- Interview with Global Director: This was more of learning more about the organization
