The hiring and interviewing process was thorough and amazing. Not only was my recruiter, Holly Peterson (Portsmouth Office), interested in my technical qualifications, I could tell that she was also trying to get to know me as a person. One moment we were geeking out over inbound marketing and the next we were discussing our favorite drinks at Starbucks.
This has been my favorite and most impressive interview process I have ever experienced.

Met with a series of managers, around 4 or 5, where they asked challenging questions based on situations. I.e. name a time when you’ve dealt with a difficult customer, name a time when you’ve been influential in your org. They also asked a lot of questions about you as an individual.
