The interview process was fairly straight forward. There was an initial screening with the HR Recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, then a panel interview. At the end there was a compatibility assessment.

Intense, with multiple rounds with different stake holders such as the plant manger, operations lead, and product management. Multiple different questions based on behavior based questions and less about my past experiences.

Very unprofessional process, focused on other than professional achievements and qualities, formal asking of irrelevant questions aiming to disparage and negate the potential, was not aiming to involve but to find reasons not to cooperate, HR treated as if already guilty in something , the hiring manager was very arrogant and bossy.
