7 rounds of interview within period of 5 months. Extremely bad experience where the entire team from the hiring consultant to the most senior interviewee was extremely confused. They weren't sure if the package would be over the general standard yet continued with 7 rounds and finally didnt bother to inform the reasons for not rolling out the offer.
