Applied to Honeywell through a student organization job portal. Received a phone call and interviewed at the career fair during a conference the following week. I received no response, but another recruiter kept my resume and contacted me 6 months later. I was contacted by email and scheduled a phone interview. The recruiter, who was an engineer in the aerospace division was my interviewer. I was very unpleased with the interviewer's lack of enthusiasm. After a certain point I felt I was rambling because she was very dry when asking the questions and not interactive as I was responding. She seemed as if she was very uninterested and wanted to get off the phone. I felt extremely discouraged. I got an email after 1 business day saying I was no longer being considered for the position.
