Panel interview with hiring manager, floor technicians, and engineers. Round robin format. Answered both behavior and technical questions. Well structured process, and took four weeks to here back from HR. Finally I was contacted and asked to complete the hiring/onboarding process.
Standard interview questions. People are professional. Background checks and paperwork takes a long time. Started with a standard phone interview with a couple people. Friendly easy to talk to people.

Pretty simple straight to the point. They kinda undersell how much overtime you will end up working, at least the the dod aerospace side thats for sure. Most seem to be all on the phone now a days.

Phone called was already placed when I got in and panel was presented one by one.
Was asked to describe my self and general day to day questions regarding my current job and resume where made in a very comfortable manner.
