The process is smooth. The online assessment went interesting and well-organized. The questions are basic interview evaluation questions. The interactive website is well-designed and easy to use. But there is straight time limited for each question.

The overall process involved was : Online assessment then recorded video interview followed by group interview, in person interview.
The group interview was mostly team based problem solving with the usual introductions at the start
