Interview took place with hiring manager and HR Generalist. Lots of Behavioral questions. Skipped over critical questions. Suspect that the interview was a formality to allow another candidate to get the job.

All behavioral, ie; "Tell me about a time that you had a disagreement with your manager, and how you handled it"
Direct and to the point. Very professional. No time wasted during the process. Interviewer was already waiting when I arrived. We got right to the interview process. Very courteous during the interview.
