Interview process is pretty lengthy with at least 3 steps. Two phone screens and then at least one formal interview. The first phone screen is very basic to make sure you meet the minimum requirements. This takes just a few minutes. The second phone screen is also with a recruiter but is very much like a real interview where you’re asked for details about qualifications and experience. This took at least 30 minutes. After this round, only a handful of candidates are selected for a formal with the hiring manager(s).

It consists of 4 rounds. Telephonic, Technical, Managerial and HR. All rounds are elimination rounds except HR round. If you pass through the first 3 rounds almost job is in your hands. Telephonic was a bit easy, but the technical and managerial rounds were a bit tough.

Very long process. Had specific requirements in the job description then I was told during the interview that they don't use those programs that they had requested as qualifications.
