I applied online. A Honeywell recruiter called days later. She said she'd submit me for additional roles as well and detailed how she communicates & follows up, how you can submit roles to her, etc. I was impressed. Then, another Honeywell recruiter screened me; he seemed impressed and said he'd forward my resume to hiring manager. I followed up. He accepted my LinkedIn request, but would not reply to any of my emails. The 1st recruiter said she'd follow up w/him. Nothing for over a month.

phone screening was done by the recruiter and then got invited into their North Ryde office. The hiring manager then brought the candidate to the meeting room for the mindmap exercise, continued with the usual interview process and at the end of the process, presentation was requested on the mindmap exercise.
