First you have to fill out the information in the website, after that you get and interview with a AI Machine, that ask you about 8 to 10 questions. After this you are contacted by HR to start the process about your skills. I took 2 interviews with the IT Department from India about my skills, asking me questions about situations in IT. The last Interview is with the supervisor in your division.

Very thorough. Be prepared to answer technical questions. Questions did not stray far from the job description and were not above anything I claimed I was fluent in on my resume.
