An HR person conducted a behavioral interview. It was very typical.... "Tell me about a time when:
1. You had to convince others (non subordinates) to follow your lead.
2. You had to overcome barriers to accomplish your objective.
etc.

Es gab mehrere angenehme Gespräche, teils online, teils vor Ort. Anschliessend keine Rückmeldungen erhalten, was sehr schade ist, da somit mein zuvor gutes Bild von Honeywell als Arbeitgeber sich stark verschlechtert hat.

Entrevista
It was both written and oral, I had to also go through a panel interview process as well. You have 3 stages to the review process to include going through a recruiter, then you have a follow up meeting with HR and then you get a panel interview.

The interview process was well established, rolling through the internal recruiter and internal HR (phone) to the hiring manager (in person) and then corporate HR. After reaching the final two candidates, there was no more contact. Even after queries to multiple persons involved in the process no response came. This after each successive interview was highly positive.
