The interviewer started with aptitude test, then Group Discussion, and lastly a one on one interview. Was fairly lengthy process but they told the final decision on the spot. The offer letter was given later and subsequent background check and drug tests.

The interview process was long and impersonal. They first had a phone screening with the manager, then an aptitude test that was timed, then finally an in person interview with a 30 minute technical presentation. The whole process took about three weeks.

started with online test and then the interview with 3 people. we had a team discussion and it was actually boring and the group was a mess and we came up with some ideas to make their product better. they never called even to say sorry you are not going through.
