The initial one to one interview was brief but to the point. There was an emphasis on technical knowledge rather than on behavioral questions. The on site interview was very interesting. It consisted of a tour of the facilities and meet and greets with various technical personnel. The interview process was straight forward, consisting of both technical and behavioral questions. The people were great to talk to and very open and honest. On the whole, it looked like an interesting place to work.
