It was a lot of assessments, three interviews (HR, HRBP + Peer, Hiring manager). The interview with hiring manager was before the HRBP and Peer which made it very hard, because not much context you can go off.

Interview process was ok, however, the experience via the recruiter did not reflect well on the company. Was minimal / non value add feedback post interview / no communication. The recruiter was quite defensive about the position when asked question about scope / size of the role, which was unnecessary.
