Straightforward. They aske about weaknesses which I don't think is a great interview question, but they gave a hint at what would be asked beforehand so had the chance to prepare answers.

1:1 Interview for the Academy, mainly focused on competency questions and drawing on examples of your experiences. Some questions on why Hays and why you want to join the academy.
Very rushed. Was cut off multiple times when I was speaking or rudely pressured to give personal information which I didnt answer but felt awkward. Asked questions that wernt typical.
