Quite informal, as they have already seen your CV and experience and as a supply teacher they don't need to give you work if you are not up to it. Mainly form filling and a few competency questions.

No real interview process. It is an easy online portal to upload details. If you have worked internationally takes a little longer and you will need to have a character reference.

Very basic, they are more interested in references and CV if you are experienced. Might be more rigorous if new to the profession. Asked a few basic questions about where I taught but they need to do background checks and let schools decide if you're any good once you start.
