First round was a skype interview. Questions were fairly standard except some were worded in ways which made simple things much more confusing. Included a role playing segment which required quick thinking. Second round was a three-part assessment which was difficult. The numeric/excel assessment was the hardest and if you are in the process of interviewing definitely sharpen your excel skills before taking this portion of the test. If you do not score above 70% on all three parts you are automatically disqualified from consideration.

There were three separate stages: 1. Initial Interview; 2. 3 Aptitude Tests; 3. Final "Day in the Life". The initial interview was formal with a few personality and experience questions. The three tests were somewhat challenging and spanned grammar, excel numeracy, and basic hotel/ hospitality information. A "Day in the Life" was basically follow one of the associates around to see what their typical day looked like - no actual interview or quizzes. The process was fair and of appropriate length.
