First round was a skype interview. Questions were fairly standard except some were worded in ways which made simple things much more confusing. Included a role playing segment which required quick thinking. Second round was a three-part assessment which was difficult. The numeric/excel assessment was the hardest and if you are in the process of interviewing definitely sharpen your excel skills before taking this portion of the test. If you do not score above 70% on all three parts you are automatically disqualified from consideration.

Reached the assessment centre stage which involved one 75 minutes Excel task and one 90 minute Work task. Both were quite challenging and required working quickly. The Excel task included financial formulas, a lot of percentages and interest rates. The Word task involved processing and synthesising information quickly.
