Entrevista
Interview process initially consisted with a 30 minute chat with recruitment rep. Straight forward questions surrounding experience and kpi's. Was then asked to attend a interview with AM researching the company and completing a intense SWOT of the store.
AM interview concentrating on past experiences, store results and outcomes. More questions on KPI and 'what would you do in this situation' type questions. No SWOT prep was asked of.
Overall I thought quite a poor experience interviewing with Boss. Communication between Recruiter and AM was clearly v poor, no questions on the prepared SWOT was asked during interview which was infuriating. Feedback from company which was promised in 'a few days' also took two weeks.
Interview steps is a 4 parter before being offered job/told of salary and benefits

STAR method of questioning, both behavioural (team and leadership focused) and task oriented. Important to note BOSS is a premium lifestyle brand, I've seen a lot of potential candidates mention they were 'luxury' which doesn't align with its business objectives. Basic stuff but a common mistake.
