Entrevista
Went it after applying online. Took about one week for someone to reply back for an interview. Went to their mountain view office and was warmly greeted. The interview itself lasted about 30 minutes. After waiting a week, I unfortunately did not get the position. The pleasant process was very nice.
It is a multi-stage process, starting with resume screening, moving to phone screens, then virtual "onsite" interviews (coding, system design, behavioral), and ending with a hiring committee review and team matching, It's structured, rigorous, often virtual, and uses collaborative platforms for problem-solving.

1. Recruiter call to understand your interest and fit for the role. The recruiter was very helpful in ensuring you are succesful for upcoming interviews by offering an interview prep session.
2. Two 45 minute interviews that are a mix of technical role related questions and behavioral questions.
3. A take home assignment.

Le processus se compose d'un dcreening avec la Talent Aquisition, suivi de deux entretien avec des managers (random ou pas) avec qui on passe des entretiens à la suite et un entretien technique si accepté pour la derniere phase.
