Multiple rounds of interviews. Started with a recruiter then was screened by employees to see if I made the cut. Once in the pipeline I was put through a matching phase. Took about 9 months from first contact to offer.

The prorcess was very professional. Went through 3 rounds of interview, all online. Prepare very thoroughly if you want to make it through. They know when you are not prepared so don’t just try to wink it.

Interview process was great. Definitely research the process online as others have described their process and how to thoroughly respond to interview questions. Was then placed in a “pool” waiting on team interviews, never got a call back. Suspect there wasn’t really an opening or was filled internally. Was told to continue to follow up, which I did. It’s been years now and my application was closed.
