Interviews at Google assess you on three pillars: Role related knowledge, Leadership, and Googlyness. Your ability to demonstrate your strengths here through questions like, "Tell me about a time when..." or, "How would you handle X situation?" will determine your success. When asked questions, candidates often begin responding without having all the necessary data. Always ask your interviewer for clarity. They often have the liberty to provide more insight.

Tell me about a time you faced a challenging situation with a colleague and how you handled it.
I interviewed with Google. There were relatively easy questions in phone screening and 1st, 2nd interviews. I think I had pressure-tested in the last interview. But overall it was a decent experience. I learned a lot.
Good process clear communication difficult to prepare for lack of clarity on what would be asked but everyone was friendly which I enjoyed no complaints would do again. I enjoyed the free food and drink and meeting everyone
Straightforward interview process, about 3 weeks from first interview to final decision. First met with the recruiter, then with two managers, and then final interview was with a manager from a separate team.
