Great interview process, and felt it was a great learning experience as well. Very nice interviewers and tight knit team culture. I believed they were very well prepared and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process,
Pretty structured and standard process, got asked expected questions. Balance of questions on attainment, performance and behavioral. Each of my interviewers as well as HR were organized and professional. The process ran smoothly over around 5 weeks.
4 rounds that involved 2 introductions to management and 2 introductions to your team. Very conversational and professional with some added questions about the specific vertical I was applying for.
