For a position tagged to manage construction, the interviews were long, arduous, and involved software engineers and individuals who had no idea what the scope of the role actually was. The firm really doesn’t seem to have a handle on what it’s primary mission actually is, and I’m glad I withdrew.

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.

3 rounds of interview, excluding HR screening. Each interview have about 4 - 6 qns, testing past examples from your work experience, as well as how you may solve future hypothetical problems. You have to be prepared for role-related questions.
