I had one screening call and three rounds of interviews, which included 1 technical, 1 technical + managerial and last managerial round (Leadership and Googlyness). Overall process took 15 days from interviews to offer. There was a session before the interviews where they outlined the process and expectations.

There was basic Q on migration and DB but I think Google can have done better in terms of Interviewer as he was not able to express or articulate clearly. I was asked to type as I speak in highlights on documents which is difficult as you have to move away from camera. I feel my entire interview was rushed and I was cut off whenever I was explaining my thinking. I was I got an experienced hiring interview who could have assessed me correctly instead of being intimidated by me
