A recruiter reached out to me and on LinkedIn and we had a screening phone call. After that, I met with the head of the department I would have been working in for about 30 minutes. This was followed by a 45-minute long culture-fit type of interview with the same manager and another a couple weeks later. They reached out to me to schedule another interview several weeks after that but I had already accepted another position.
