Quite tough, 3-4 stages process. Good thing was that there is time, even 1-2 weeks, to prepare to each recruitment stage. Although, I had positive Feedback from each of the stages, I didn’t get the offer because recruiters weren’t sure about my attitude to business (overall, I was focused too much only on media aspects). Will try next Year.

The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.

Passed the screening call last week.
rd1 interview is coming up this week (11 days after).
Apparently only 2 rds of interviews this process. Though the 2nd interview consists of 2 45min interviews in one.
