After submitting application, Google sent the online challenge link.
After GOC, it took about 1 month for resume screening.
Lastly, candidates have to pass 3 interviews with different managers.
Each interview round consists of similar questions: business cases, behavioral questions, fit interviews.

1. What was the most challenging experience in the past experiences?
2. What is your favorite Google product? If you can improve some of the product, what would you do?
3. If you are a CEO, what kind of app would you launch and how?
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.

rd1 interview is coming up this week (11 days after).
Apparently only 2 rds of interviews this process. Though the 2nd interview consists of 2 45min interviews in one.
