3 rounds in total, very pleasant experience, felt like conversations than interviews. Interviewers are super nice, they all tried to put me at ease at the start of the interviews before it all starts. The whole process took 3 weeks.

I went through a phone screen and four formal rounds, interviewing with the hiring manager as well as several cross-functional stakeholders. On the technical side, the accounting questions were pretty manageable. However, the leadership questions felt a bit tricky, and it wasn't entirely clear what specific experiences the interviewer was looking for. I ended up receiving an offer, but because they downleveled the position, I decided to decline

Was similar to other interviews I've had with other organizations. Standard tell me about yourself, which lead to questions about my background. Interviews were scheduled timely and I heard back quickly after the process
