Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 4 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Google (San Diego, CA) en feb 2022
Entrevista
Note: This was for an internship position, but Glassdoor won't allow me to put the words intern or internship in the job title.
The interview started off with some time for introductions. The bulk of the interview was dedicated to practical mechanical design questions mixed with light behavioral questions. The last five minutes were reserved for questions I had for them about the position. Both interviewers ended up staying for a few extra minutes to answer questions which I really appreciated.

I signed an NDA before the interview so I can’t disclose the questions.
First interview was technical for initial screening. Next round is final panel interview which is three separate one on one interviews (2 technical, 1 behavioral). Behavioral is on leadership and googleyness.
Technical questions were challenging but interviewers were constructive and helpful, it was clear they weren’t trying to trick you. Process involved a phone screen with a recruiter, a technical screen, and a day-long panel of interviews.
Multiple rounds- and they were all very technical and with on the spot design challenges. At the end there was time for questions (but this was over time) for the full hour it was 30 minute technical questions and 30 minute design challenge
