Entrevista
Total eight interviews only to know that I was not a fit! I wonder what did they read in my resume, or assessed from the recruiter's screening. Is this the same Google we assume to have so smart people!?
First call with a recruiter. Explained well the process; but did not tell upfront that the last call with the hiring manager will assess a technical fit. It was conveyed as though it would be more of a cultural fit assessment.
Five interviews with product managers from different regions.
Two interviews with hiring managers for the same product team.
Hint to other interested: save your time and hopes for companies who respect what you bring and are not spoiled by choices.

Mostly about product management skills and behavioral based on past experience and hypothetical situations. Which is your favorite Google product and how will you improve it?
You would have to do a hiring assessment first, then a recruiter screening follows. First round interview with the hiring manager. Majorly product sense and product improvement. The questions were not direct though.
Overall a lot of steps to the interview process. Talked to different people and had opportunities to ask questions. Many different stages which made it a lengthy process overall. Wasn't too bad.
it was very long and had multiple stages. it never required any in person activity or any relocation to an office or company building. I did not take the job in the end but i recommend it
